Here in Texas, the clock is just about to tick 12AM as I stare at my screen busily editing away the next video to be featured on our channel. It’s odd but for some reason, I’ve gotten used to this schedule since beginning Bombchu and especially after our YouTube Channel began. I can’t believe we’re so close to a year of operation already and we’ve seen so many changes both in the gaming industry as well as our own little channel as well. What’s more surprising are the changes I’ve seen in the people who follow and enjoy our endeavors.
When we first began, I honestly never expected to reach the wide audience we have and even now we’re not exactly everywhere. However as I watch our subscriber count grow, and the daily visits to the site extend further and further, it’s nice to know that we’re impacting someone somewhere. The lack of sleep doesn’t affect me as much since I know when I complete the work, someone will be there to read or watch it. My fingers have stopped tiring as quickly as I complete a 1200 word article in the span of about 20 minutes. It’s a feeling I honestly never thought I’d have nor did I know I’d yearn for.
As the extremely proud editor of Bombchu.com, I am thankful for every reader, watcher, and follower we have. The passion you guys show when we release work (even with just that single view) really reminds me that these nights I spend writing or editing are well worth it. There will be far more late nights for myself and the team as we push towards one year in business this December.
There’s not much more I can think to say at the moment which is probably due to the lack of oxygen to my brain, but I believe I said exactly what was needed. Thank you again and we hope you continue to support us as we keep building what will surely become something even more amazing.
